Let’s be honest… nobody wants a dry, sad burger at a cookout.
These are juicy, flavorful, slightly sweet, a little smoky, and somehow taste like you tried way harder than you actually did.
What you need:
▫️ 3 lbs ground beef (80/20)
▫️ 1 lb ground pork
▫️ 4 tbsp Kinder’s Salt, Pepper & Garlic seasoning
▫️ 2 tbsp brown sugar
▫️ ½ tbsp paprika
▫️ ⅓ cup Who’s Your Sister sauce
(the one no one can spell or pronounce… — IYKYK)
▫️ ½ cup panko breadcrumbs
Optional (if you’re feeling a little spicy):
▫️ Diced jalapeño or red onion for a little sass
(I kept it kid-friendly this time… but I’ve done it before and it’s worth it)
Do the thing:
In a large bowl, combine everything. Mix just enough to bring it together—don’t overwork it or you’ll end up with hockey pucks.
Form into thick patties (these are not skinny burgers… we’re fatties).
Pro tip: press a small indent in the center of each patty so they cook evenly and don’t puff up into meatballs.
Grill over medium-high heat until cooked to your liking. Flip once. Don’t smash them… we’re keeping the juice where it belongs.
Let them rest a few minutes before serving (I know… but do it).
Serve however you want:
- classic with cheese
- loaded with sautéed mushrooms
- topped with Pickle De Gallo
- or straight off the grill because you lost will power.
