
Pickle de Gallo (because pico had its time to shine)
Look at this. Just LOOK at it.
I made this out of curiosity and shit in my refrigerator, and now Iβm questioning every life decision that didnβt involve making this sooner.
Itβs crunchy, tangy, a little salty, a little freshβ¦ and it slaps on burgers and hot dogs.
Like⦠if your burger is dry? Fixed.
If your hot dog is boring? Not anymore.
If youβre standing in your kitchen eating this straight out of the bowl with some chips? I am too.
This is basically pico de galloβs pickle-obsessed cousin, and honestlyβ¦ it might be better.
Whatβs in it:
- Dill pickles (chopped)
- Tomato
- Red onion
- JalapeΓ±o
- Fresh cilantro
- Splash of pickle juice (donβt skip thisβ¦this is the money maker)
- Lime juice
- Salt + pepper
Mix it, taste it, adjust it, do your thing.
Throw it on burgers, pile it on hot dogs, or eat it straight out of the bowl. I wonβt judge you.
