Happy Sunday everyone! And happier football day. Yesterday the Wildcats SHOULD have won but didn’t. Sad day in our house because I poured my heart and soul into a powercat loaf and now I’m superstitious and wondering if it was bad luck. I know that sounds silly, and I will continue to make them but my brain works differently than others and that’s where it went.
I talked my husband, well basically begged until I think he got tired of hearing about it for about a month about wanting a label maker for my bakes. He finally caved. Tomorrow, my plan is to go to local businesses and drop off loaves of bread and cookies hoping someone will want a new bread and baked goods dealer. I think it will be a huge step for me and I’m beyond excited to see the results. Keep me in your positive thoughts because this could be huge for me and my business I’m trying to create.
For now, it’s back to football. I want The Chiefs to lose, but I also want Mahomes to throw 126 touchdowns since he’s my fantasy football quarterback. It’s so hard to cheer for a team that you want to see collapse. It’s hard to explain. I don’t know why I dislike The Chiefs so much…probs because they’re in the same division as my Broncos but I’ve become more of a Chiefs hater than a Raiders hater quick living in Kansas. The weirder part is they’re from Missouri and not Kansas so these weirdos don’t get it. Anyway…excited as fuck for my new label maker and a Broncos win during Sunday Night Football. Here we gooooooo!!!!!
