Garth got tired of all Wayne’s glamour shots so he said….”hold my hootch.”

My very first starter baby finally decided he was ready to play. He’s doubled in size more than a few days in a row but this morning he wanted me to be sure I knew he was ready.

There will be several loaves today as I prepare myself for successful bread to sell at the upcoming farmers market. I’ll be sampling and giving away loaves to get feedback on what’s good and bad. Be ready for some bread porn because it’s coming! All criticism is welcome and helpful.

This morning will be chicken and sourdough discard waffles for breakfast, some fam time at the pool during bulk fermentation, and all the flour everywhere. Until then, PARTY ON GARTH!
