What is your favorite restaurant?

I have a few favorite restaurants, but there are two that I will talk about forever if you let me.

My all-time favorite is Back East Bar & Grill in Colorado Springs. It’s off Briargate, and I swear they have the best pizza, wings, and Phillies. Like…you can’t go wrong. The sides are solid, the specials are always good, and the whole place just has a vibe.

I actually worked there years ago, so it’s one of those places that just sticks with you. They even catered my rehearsal dinner and wedding (which honestly says everything). On weekends they have live music, and the bands never disappoint. It’s one of those spots you go for food and end up staying way longer than planned.

My next favorite is a newer one for me, located in Overland Park, Kansas—Le Fetta.

Their sandwiches? Unreal. Easily some of the best I’ve ever had. They name all their sandwiches after music legends, which is already a win, but the bread…THE BREAD. It’s so good it almost makes you mad about every other sandwich you’ve ever eaten.

They also do catering and charcuterie, which just makes them even more dangerous.
