What’s the most fun way to exercise?
Well, per usual, the daily word prompt has me running around like a crazy house mom/wife. It’s busier than actual work and twice as unpredictable.
I apparently have a new exercise coach…my daughter.
We play chase (not on purpose), we play frogs (very much on purpose…and honestly a full workout hopping around like idiots), and somehow every single thing turns into cardio. Stairs? Workout. Walks? Workout. Park? Most likely going to be a workout.
One of her favorite games is “Up/Down,” where she sits on the recliner footrest and I move her up and down with my legs. Let me just tell you…that one will make you feel the burn real quick.
So I’ll just be over here with my 2-foot-tall, bossy, excessive personal trainer…feeling the burn and ready to wine-d down at the end of the day.
