What animals make the best/worst pets?

Today is just one of those days where I don’t really have it in me. I’m feeling, blah and slightly under the weather.

I started to write something… didn’t like it. Tried again… still didn’t like it.

At some point I just accepted that my brain checked out from the long weekend and left me behind, but I’m still showing up. Even if it’s not my best. Even if it’s short. Even if it’s just this.

Apparently consistency is the name of the game… and I’m too stubborn to lose my streak now. Also… dogs are the best pets. There. I did the prompt.
