I know this was supposed to be about weather… but my brain immediately went to summer. Warm nights, everything feeling a little slower, a little easier… you know the vibe. Crickets at night, frogs singing their little hearts out, lightning bugs (can’t forget those cute little guys) glowing in the dark, birds chirping proudly in the morning, rain, thunderstorms… even severe weather can be fun (even though my dog strongly disagrees). I could go on and on like Olaf talking about summer.

BBQs, the 4th of July (again… my dog disagrees), night walks, swimming, water parks, float trips, getting a tan… I could ramble about this way longer than I need to, so I’ll spare you.
But real question… how do you get your dogs to calm down during storms and fireworks? I feel like I’ve tried everything, and my dog still acts like the world is ending. I just want to enjoy summer in peace without managing a full-blown panic situation every time it rains or someone lights a firework. Any suggestions??
