Empowering Moments (Taylor’s Version)

Women don’t need to compete.

We need to sit across from each other and say:

“I see you.

I know this is hard.

You’re not alone.”

We see a lot of women tearing each other down, especially on social media.

“You’re not too fat — you’re healthy.”

We should be here to say:

“You’re not too skinny — you’re slim.”

Why do we feel the need to body shame each other?

Does that really make us feel better about ourselves?

Going out of your way to be kind to someone is so much easier than taking time to insult one another.

Try telling someone who helps you that you appreciate them.

Tell them how grateful you are that they crossed your path today.

We don’t need to live in a world of Mean Girls.

We should be encouraging each other to be better, to be healthy, to be grateful.

In real life, we should feel lifted.

Encouraged.

Held up when we’re too tired to stand.

Some of the greatest strength in my life has come from women who choose support over comparison.

The ones who listen without fixing.

Who encourage without judging.

Who show up when words are hard to find.

When we lift each other up instead of tearing each other down, something powerful happens.

We feel stronger.

We feel braver.

We feel less alone.

And in a world that feels heavy some days,

that kind of strength feels like light.

So let’s not have Bad Blood.

Let’s not live in a Cruel Summer.

Let’s build our Love Story in our Blank Spaces.

And when someone tries to tear us down… don’t fight back — just Shake It Off.

Hopefully I got your attention today.

Now let’s give each other a high five… and wine-d down. 🍷
