This is one of those things I used to overthink… until I realized it’s actually really simple.
This Caesar dressing is creamy, garlicky, and way better than anything in a bottle. It comes together in a few minutes and honestly makes any salad feel like you tried a lot harder than you did.
I use this for my Caesar salads (obviously), but it also works great as a dip or even drizzled over chicken.

Serves: 4–6
Prep Time: 5 minutes

Ingredients:
☐ 1–2 cloves garlic, minced
☐ 1–2 teaspoons anchovy paste (optional, but recommended for that classic Caesar flavor)
☐ 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
☐ 1–2 teaspoons Dijon mustard
☐ 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
☐ ½ cup mayonnaise
☐ ⅓–½ cup grated parmesan cheese
☐ ¼ teaspoon salt
☐ ¼ teaspoon black pepper
This is one of those recipes that doesn’t take much effort but still feels like a full, put-together meal. It’s simple, flavorful, and easy to make again once you realize how well it turns out.
